Network Support Professional
Diverse duties including telephone and Internet based IT support, computer network maintenance, system integration, application server configuration, email and web servers, network and internet security, wireless networking, and remote network monitoring. Approximately 50-60% of the time will be spent supporting clients at their place of business in New York Metropolitan Area.
A minimum of 2-3 years experience configuring Windows NT/2000/2003 Servers is a must, with knowledge of UNIX and Linux a real plus. A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service on time is important!
